Lunch and dinner menus are created daily to offer our customers the freshest and best ingredients available.  Additionally, Yellow Dog Cafe offers a selection of specialty beers, fine wines and a full liquor bar.  And of course, we also offer seasonal specials to further augment the menu selections shown below.  Call us for the current selections available.

Prices range from $21.00 to $40.00 and include fresh baked bread, your choice of House or Caesar salad, Chef's choice of potato, and vegetables


 APPETIZERS

Chefs Soup of the Evening

Baked Brie
With cranberry, cherry sauce and fresh fruit.

Escargot
Sautéed with garlic, lemon and white wine, in a puff   pastry.

Tuna Tataki
Yellow fin tuna seared and marinated in a ginger and soy marinade.

Conch Fritters
With whole grain mustard dipping sauce.

Smoked Salmon and Caviar Potato pancakes topped with  sour cream, smoked salmon and caviar.

Spinach Stuffed Portabello
Topped with artichoke 
hearts, roasted red peppers  and havarti cheese.

Louisiana Style Shrimp    Crawfish and andouille sausage in stoneground grits, topped with grilled shrimp and roasted red pepper sauce.

 

 SALADS

Mesclan Mix
Fresh assorted greens, red beans, roasted pumpkin seeds and feta cheese tossed in a citrus balsamic vinaigrette.

Classic Caesar Salad
Crisp romaine tossed with Caesar dressing, topped with shredded parmesan and seasoned croutons.

Olde Blue Spinach Salad
Tender spinach leaves lightly tossed with bleu cheese, blueberries, toasted pecans and blueberry vinaigrette. 

 

 ENTREES  

Pecan Crusted Mahi-Mahi
Accented with a vanilla bean infused praline sauce. 

Blackened Tilapia and Crab Tower
Topped with Mediterranean vegetables and roasted red pepper sauce.


Rack of Lamb
 

Rack of Lamb
Scented with herbs and grilled as chops, finished with a natural lamb jus.  Available in full or half rack.

Onion Crusted Chicken
With caramel citrus glaze.

Sesame Crusted Tuna
Yellow fin tuna crusted with black and white sesame seeds, served with canton noodles and ponzu sauce.

Pan Seared Salmon
Nestled on top of a sun dried tomato risotto cake, finished with a mild creamy garlic sauce.

Grilled Filet Mignon
Finished with a Bordeaux Demi-Glace.

Lobster Mornay                                                                               
Maine Lobster, steamed, removed from the shell and served over puff pastry, finished with a lemon saffron mornay sauce. (Market Price)

Roasted Duckling
With a raspberry, cherry and peppercorn sauce served with red cabbage and potato pancake.

Mixed Grill
Ask your server for the Chef's choice this evening.  (Market Price)

Grilled Portabello Mushroom
Our spinach and artichoke heart stuffed portabello, topped with havarti cheese and served with chefs  choice of potato and vegetable.

Grilled Choice New York Strip
Finished with a wild mushroom Pinot Noir reduction.

 SANDWICHES

The California Dreamer
Melted brie cheese, sliced tomatoes, alfalfa sprouts and scallions on top of fresh foccacia bread. Served with a side of guacamole and salsa.  Select from fresh ground beef, grilled chicken, or the catch of the day.

The Italian Bistro
Basil pesto, rich Gorgonzola and fresh romaine lettuce piled high on grilled foccacia bread.  Select from fresh ground beef, grilled chicken, or the catch of the day.

The Yellow Dog Favorite
Tender grilled Portabello mushrooms, plenty of soft havarti cheese, and roasted red peppers, served on fresh grilled foccacia bread. Select from fresh ground beef, grilled chicken, or the catch of the day.

Good OLE Dog
6 oz. Old fashion burger with lettuce, tomato and caramelized onion.

Top Dog
Tuna salad on foccacia with romaine lettuce, tomato, bacon and havarti cheese.

Lady Dog
Grilled Portabello Mushroom, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts and spinach topped with havarti cheese and served on grilled foccacia bread.

Sloppy Dog
Shredded tenderloin with BBQ, grilled onions, Portabello Mushroom, topped with havarti cheese and served on foccacia bread.

*All sandwiches are served with Chef's choice of potato and coleslaw

A hearty Portabello mushroom lightly grilled, sliced, and served over our Caesar salad.

Mixed Greens

Crisp romaine tossed with Caesar dressing, topped with shredded parmesan and seasoned croutons.

Duck Breast Salad
Fresh baby mixed greens with raspberry vinaigrette dressing with kidney beans, feta cheese, roasted pumpkin seeds and topped with grilled duck breast.

Grilled and served with a choice of caramel citrus glaze or cherry-pepper sauce, Chefs choice of potato and fresh vegetable.

Sauteed with red and green peppers, white onions, and all served over egg noodles tossed with your choice of marinara sauce or olive oil.

Created with the freshest seafood; topped with shrimp and Chef's choice of sauce.  Served with rice and vegetables..

 


Dog Bar Menu
The Dog Bar serves the Lunch menu shown above from 11 to 2:30 PM and the Dinner menu after 5:00 PM.  The following Appetizer Menu is served from 2:30 to 5:00 PM.  Prices range from $6 to $11
